FEES

• $150 per 60-minute session
• Cancellation Policy: to cancel your appointment, please use your client portal or email at office@willowoakstherapy.com. Cancel at least 24 hours before your session. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or do not show up, you will be charged for the full session.
• All payments are conducted through the client’s portal. We accept cards as payments.
• Payment is due at time of session.
• Although we are not in-network provider with insurance companies, some clients pay with HSA (Health Saving Account) or FSA (Flexible Savings Account). A superbill can be provided at your request to help with insurance reimbursement.
